对高职院校加强内涵建设的思考

摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》把职业教育摆在了前所未有的突出位置,高职教育只有坚持内涵式发展,才能使高职院校具有特色,完成方案所提出的要求。为此,高职教育要加强师资队伍建设,建设高水平实训基地,开发多种形式的育人模式,开展职业资格证书培训,建立健全职业教育质量评价制度。The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan puts vocational education in an unprecedentedly prominent position.Only by insisting on the connotative development of higher vocational education can higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics and fulfill the requirements proposed in the plan.Therefore,higher vocational education should strengthen the construction of teachers,build high-level training bases,develop various forms of education models,carry out vocational qualification certificate training,and establish and perfect vocational education quality evaluation system.
