摘　　要：面向特色化高水平大学建设背景下软件工程专业人才培养需求,从行业特色实践项目着手探索软件需求工程本科教学的新方式和方法。结合上海海洋大学高水平大学建设要求,以“海洋”为特色,以海洋信息化软件开发项目为案例,提出驱动“全过程实践”的课堂教学方法和“全过程引导”的软件需求分析综合实践方案,为培养具有特色实践经验的软件需求工程师人才以及交叉复合型的海洋信息化高水平紧缺人才提供支撑。教学实践表明,学生对特色化项目案例和教学方式充分认可,让学生在分析实际案例的过程中,了解海洋信息化的主要流程,为学生未来适应海洋类信息化工作岗位打下基础。To meet the needs of cultivating software engineering talents under the background of constructing a specialized high-level university,this paper explores a new way of undergraduate teaching in software requirement engineering from the practice project of industry specialization.Combined with high-level university construction requirement of Shanghai Ocean University,which is characterized by“ocean”,we adopted marine information software development projects as teaching cases,and proposed the classroom teaching method of“whole-process practice”and the student practical learning method of“whole-process guide”.These methods will benefit to cultivate distinctive software requirement engineers with abundant practical experience and to develop cross-domain talents in marine informatization field.Teaching practices have proved that students highly recognize the specialized case studies and the proposed teaching method.They can understand the main process of marine informatization while analyzing actual cases,which lays a foundation for the students to adapt to the marine informatization job in the future.
