摘　　要：针对"新文科"实验室开放管理中存在的排课手续繁杂、缺乏信息公开和预约的网络管理平台、数据依赖手工统计、管理员积极性不高等问题,通过统筹实验室开放类型分级,制定实验室预约规则,引入爽约惩戒机制,细化数据管理,完善绩效考核办法等举措,展开实验室开放管理策略研究。提出构建"新文科"实验室开放管理系统,介绍了该系统的基本架构和各模块预期实现的功能目标。实践证明,通过系统的运用,将实验室有限的资源最大化利用,保障实验教学、实践指导、科创交流等工作的有序开展,简化师生查询、预约实验室手续,减轻管理员排课等工作量,优化数据管理模式,推进绩效考核工作实施。In view of the problems existing in the opening management of"new liberal arts"laboratories,such as complicated course scheduling procedures,lack of network management platform for information disclosure and appointment,data dependence on manual statistics,and low enthusiasm of administrators,this paper proposes some measures such as coordinating the classification of laboratory opening types,formulating laboratory appointment rules,introducing punishment mechanism for breaking promises,refining data management,and improving performance evaluation methods open laboratory management strategy research.This paper proposes the construction of"new liberal arts"laboratory open management system,introduces the basic architecture of the system and the expected functional objectives of each module.Practice has proved that,through the application of the system,we can maximize the use of limited laboratory resources,ensure the orderly development of experimental teaching,practice guidance,scientific and technological innovation exchange,simplify the procedures of teachers and students’inquiry and appointment of laboratory,reduce the workload of administrators such as course scheduling,optimize the data management mode,and promote the implementation of performance appraisal.
