改写理论视角下看政治话语外译技术规范——以习近平2018年至2020年新年致辞英译为例

摘　　要：勒菲弗尔认为权力产生知识和话语,对译著施加影响,进而保证译著符合社会规范或某些既定利益。权力通过意识形态、诗学以及赞助人对新年致辞译本进行“改写”。文中以2018—2020年中国国际广播电台(CRI)发布的习近平总书记的新年致辞为语料,从勒氏改写理论出发,探讨政治和文化对领导人发言外译的影响,总结新年致辞中某些话语外译的技术规范,以期达到最佳翻译效果,传递最佳“中国声音”。Lefevere believes that power generates knowledge and language.Power exerts impact by means of patronage,poetics and translator’s ideology on various aspects of translator’s translation activities.Based on the New Year’s speech delivered by Xi Jinping on China Radio International from 2018 to 2020,this paper explores the impact of politics and culture on the translation of political discourse from the perspective of Rewriting Theory,so as to summarize some technical specifications for reference,achieve the best translation version and convey the best and loudest voice from China.
