摘　　要：本研究针对目前浙江省高校家庭经济困难学生就业创业帮扶机制不够完善以及家庭经济困难学生较为明显存在的心理困难、学业困难等问题,有效利用大数据,精准认定受助学生对象,完善就业创业政策体系,优化就业指导工作,积极实施"发展性资助"项目,提升家庭经济困难学生自身就业综合素质能力,加强社会力量支持,增强家庭经济困难学生就业适应性,对实现家庭经济困难学生顺利就业和高质量发展有着积极意义和重要作用。This study aims at the imperfect employment and entrepreneurship support mechanism of college students from poor families in Zhejiang Province,as well as the obvious psychological and academic difficulties of students from poor families,it is necessary to accurately identify the aid-recipients by leveraging big data,improve employment and entrepreneurship policy system,optimize employment guidance,and activate the implementation of "development aid" projects that improve the overall employment quality of these students,as well as enhance social support to strengthen the employment adaptability of these students.All the above have positive and important impact on achieving smooth employment and high-quality development of students from poverty-stricken families.
