舞蹈治疗的综述与评价

摘　　要：舞蹈治疗作为当今国际临床领域和公共卫生领域普遍应用的一种特殊治疗方式,已产生诸多令人欣喜的疗效。同时,它所涉及的文化敏感性问题在今天也面临着严峻挑战。文章着重探讨了当今国际舞蹈治疗研究中的核心问题,包括舞蹈治疗的演变、舞蹈的健康价值及潜在隐患、舞蹈治疗的临床研究及科学观点。从理论和实践的视角简要回顾和评估了当前国际舞蹈治疗的研究状况,并从四个方面对其进行阐述:一、当前舞蹈治疗系统评价中的偏移问题及其挑战;二、舞蹈的演化、健康价值及潜在隐患;三、舞蹈治疗的临床研究及科学观点;四、跨学科视角下舞蹈治疗的广泛研究及应用价值。文章旨在为中国舞蹈治疗学科体系的建设提供一个初步的科学框架,为中国舞蹈治疗的进一步研究奠定基础。Internationally,dance therapy has been thoroughly studied and successfully applied in various clinical fields and national domains of public health. In this context,particularly culturally sensitive dance therapy is in the ascendant and faces challenging tasks in today’s world. The present paper focuses on core issues of contemporary schools and models of dance therapy.These include the evolution of dance therapy,health values and potential risks of dance,clinical research and scientific positions.From both a theoretical and pragmatic perspective,the paper briefly reviews and evaluates the current status quo of international research on dance therapy and suggests to differentiate four main aspects:( i) deviation problems and challenges in the evaluation of the current dance therapy system,( ii) evolution,health benefits and risks of dance,( iii) clinical and scientific perspectives of dance therapy,( iv) extensive research and application value of dance therapy from an interdisciplinary perspective. Particularly with regard to the foundation of a genuine Chinese school of dance therapy,the paper provides a preliminary scientific framework that calls for further Chinese research on dance therapy.
