摘  要:加强教学质量监管,是高职院校落实"立德树人"要求,提高教学质量,培养符合时代要求的高素质技术技能人才的重要工作,构建科学合理的教学质量监管体系,能切实增强高职院校的教学管理能力,提高教师教学水平。文章结合高职院校教学管理研究现状,总结了高职院校现阶段教学管理存在的主要问题,以"立德树人"为出发点和落脚点,基于"三全育人",探索构建"一核、双元、三阶、四维,全程可追溯"的高职院校教学质量监管体系。Strengthening the supervision of teaching quality is an important work for higher vocational colleges to implement "morality education", improve teaching quality and cultivate high-quality skilled technical talents in line with the requirements of the times. Constructing a scientific and reasonable teaching quality supervision system can effectively enhance teaching management ability in higher vocational colleges and improve teachers’ teaching level. Combining with the current situation of teaching management research in higher vocational colleges, this paper summarizes the main problems of teaching management in higher vocational colleges at the present stage. Taking morality education as a starting point and foothold, based on the "three all education", it explores and constructs a teaching quality supervision system of higher vocational colleges with "one core, two elements, three levels, four dimensions, and the whole process can be traced back".
