新能源汽车技术专业“1+X”课证融合的探索与思考

摘　　要：在国家“1+X”证书制度推动下,我校新能源汽车技术专业实施了3个“X”证书的试点。通过与培训评价组织合作,将这些证书的考核标准与专业课程进行了融合设计。本文对“1+X”证书制度试点工作进行了总结思考,提出了完善相关激励政策、提高证书认可度和进一步优化X证书标准等建议。Under the promotion of the“1+X”certificate system,our school's new energy vehicle technology major has implemented three“X”certificate pilots.By cooperation with training evaluation organizations,the assessment standards of these certificates and professional courses have been integrated and designed.This paper summarizes the pilot work of“1+X”certificate system,and makes several recommendations,including improve the relevant incentive policies,increase the recognition of the certificate,and further optimization the standard of X certificate.
