摘 要:2014年5月,习近平总书记提出了“新常态”一词,这个词语的出现,为中国的企业带来了新的机遇和挑战,这使得企业必须在各方面积极应对。员工作为企业的核心资源,更需要不断发展,而人力资源培训,不仅能够提高员工的工作能力,还有利于企业在市场上获得竞争优势,促进员工和企业的双重发展。因此,人力资源培训无疑是新常态下企业持续发展中必不可少的一部分。本文从基本概念界定出发,指出目前中小企业培训存在的问题,并根据不同职位提出相应的优化措施。In May 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the term“New Normal”,the emergence of which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the enterprises in China and made it necessary for them to actively respond in all aspects.Whereas employees,the core resource of an enterprise,need continuous development,human resource training can not only improve their work ability,but also help enterprises gain a competitive advantage in the market,and promote the development of both employees and the enterprise as a result.Therefore,human resource training is undoubtedly an indispensable part of the sustainable development of enterprises under the new normal.Starting from the definition of basic concepts,the paper points out the current problems in SME human resource training,and proposes corresponding optimizing measures for different posts.
