摘 要:跨境电商是互联网高速发展背景下促进国际贸易往来的新的经济发展模式,对于增进国与国之间经济互联、共同发展起到了重要的促进作用。然而,由于"一带一路"沿线国家的经济发展和职业教育都较为落后,跨境电商人才极为短缺。随着沿线国家的学生到我国高职院校跨境电商专业留学的人数不断增加,目前我国高职院校跨境电商专业留学生课程体系不完善、教材陈旧等问题逐渐显现,对提升留学生创新创业能力的培养研究也不够深入。因此,本文提出建设留学生特色课程体系和实践教学体系,并从适时调整培养目标、完善课程体系、优化师资队伍建设三个维度提出切实可行的策略,以更好地提升留学生的跨境电商专业技能与职业素养。With the rapid development of the Internet,cross-border e-commerce,as a new economic development mode to facilitate international trade,is playing an important role in promoting economic interconnection and common growth among different countries.However,the economy and vocational education in most countries and regions along the Belt and Road are comparatively underdeveloped.They are facing the predicament of lacking e-commerce talents.With more and more students from those countries and regions coming to China’s vocational colleges to study cross-border e-commerce,some problems relating to our offering of international courses are gradually standing out,such as incomplete course system and outdated teaching materials.Furthermore,few in-depth researches on how to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of international students have been done.Therefore,it is suggested that we set up distinctive courses for international students and build a practice teaching system with our own characteristics.Feasible strategies are proposed from three dimensions:making in-time adjustment of training objectives,improving curriculum system and optimizing the construction of teaching staff.In this way,we can promote the international students’technical skills and professional quality.
