摘  要:插补算法在整个数控系统中起着至关重要的作用,在使用面向过程的C语言编写插补算法的过程中缺乏直观性,不能很好观察算法的效果。针对该问题,设计开发了一套基于Simulink与C很合编程的插补算法仿真平台,对插补算法的S型加减速进行了实验仿真,实验结果表明插补算法速度规划和单周期位置插补均符合S型加减速规律,该平台利用Simulink适应面广、结构和流程清晰、贴近实际、灵活等优点,既能使用户减少进行算法仿真的代码书写量,又能在Simulink当中很直观地观察算法的效果。Interpolation algorithm plays a crucial role in the entire numerical control system.In the process of writing the interpolation algorithm in process-oriented C language,it lacks intuitiveness,and the effect of the algorithm cannot be observed well.To solve this problem,a set of simulation platform for interpolation algorithm based on Simulink and C hybrid programming was designed and developed.The experimental simulation of S-type acceleration and deceleration of the interpolation algorithm was carried out.The experimental results showed that the velocity planning and single-period position interpolation of the interpolation algorithm were in accordance with the S-type acceleration and deceleration law.The platform makes use of the advantages of Simulink,such as wide adaptation,clear structure and flow,close to reality,and flexibility,so that users can not only reduce the amount of code writing for algorithm simulation,but also observe the effect of the algorithm intuitively in Simulink.
