企业原始创新失败形成机制研究--基于25个案例的清晰集定性比较分析

摘　　要：基于收集的华为和中兴25个原始创新项目案例,采用扎根理论方法识别并提炼企业原始创新失败影响因素,构建企业原始创新失败形成机制,并利用清晰集定性比较分析法探究引致企业原始创新失败的条件变量组合。研究结果表明:市场知识积累不足、技术知识积累不足、核心人物决策失误、技术风险和合作风险是引致企业原始创新失败的因素;而导致企业原始创新失败的原因通常由多元因素组合引发,进一步可将企业原始创新失败形成机制整合为技术风险引致型、合作风险引致型、市场—技术知识积累联动型和市场知识积累—核心人物决策联动型4种。Based on the collection of 25 original innovation cases of Huawei and ZTE,this paper adopts the grounded theory to identify and refine the affecting factors of the failure of original innovation,and construct the formation mechanism of the failure of original innovation.It also uses crisp-set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA)to explore the combination of condition variables that cause the original innovation failure of enterprises.The research results show that insufficient market knowledge accumulation,insufficient technical knowledge accumulation,core entrepreneur decision-making mistakes,technical risks and cooperation risks are the factors that lead to the original innovation failure of enterprises,and the original innovation failure of enterprises is usually caused by a combination of multiple factors.The formation mechanisms of the failure of original innovation can be integrated into four types:technology risk induced,cooperation risk induced,market-technical knowledge accumulation linkage,and market knowledge accumulation-core entrepreneur decision-making linkage type.
