摘  要:在分析目前教育评价体系存在问题的基础上提出构建新时代人民满意的高职人才培养质量评价指标体系的必要性。遵循科学简明性,系统性、全面性,贯彻落实党中央、国务院有关教育改革的战略部署,以“人民满意”为核心,关注人民对高职教育的需求,从高职教育相关利益者视角,在反复征求行业领域专家意见的基础上,构建了学生满意、家庭满意、行业企业满意、学校满意、政府满意、社会满意6个一级指标26个二级指标及对应的三级指标内容的评价指标体系,并运用专家排序法、专家调查法确定了一级指标和二级指标的权重。Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the current education evaluation system,the author puts forward the necessity of constructing a quality evaluation index system for higher vocational talen cultivation that people are satisfied with in the new era.We will follow the principles of scientific simplicity,systematization,comprehensiveness,and stakeholders and implement the strategic plans for educational reform of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.Taking"people's satisfaction"as the core,we pay attention to the people's needs for higher vocational education.From the perspective of relevant stakeholders in higher vocational education,we have repeatedly sought the opinions of experts in the field of industry.It has set up a system for evaluating the content of six primary indicators,26 secondary indicators and corresponding tertiary indicators,namely,student satisfaction,family satisfaction,industrial enterprise satisfaction,school satisfaction,government satisfaction and social satisfaction.The weights of primary and secondary indicators were determined by expert ranking and expert survey.
