碳税政策下三级供应链减排微分博弈及协调研究

摘　　要：碳税政策下,为了协调供应链,建立了供应商、制造商、零售商组成的三级供应链减排分散决策模型及相应的集中决策模型,得到了分散决策与集中决策下的动态均衡策略,给出了供应链三方相互威慑讨价还价集中决策剩余利润协调分配方法.研究发现:集中决策情形下,单位"产品"碳税成本,单位"产品"生产成本及单位产品销售成本,有二分之一通过零售价传导给了消费者;供应商、制造商减排效率的提高,消费者价格敏感度的降低既有利于供应商、制造商减排,也有利于增加供应链总利润;供应链成员企业有动力去合作降低单位"产品"生产成本及单位产品销售成本,这为供应链全面合作提供了有利条件.Under the carbon tax policy,in order to coordinate the supply chain,the decentralized decision-making model of emission reduction and the corresponding centralized decision-making model of the three echelon supply chain composed of supplier,manufacturer and retailer are established.The dynamic equilibrium strategies under decentralized and centralized decision-making are obtained,and the coordinated allocation method of residual profit for centralized decision-making with deterrence and bargaining among three parties in supply chain is given.It is found that:under certain conditions,the retail price of the products with centralized decision is less than that of the products with decentralized decision;in the case of centralized decision-making,one-half of the unit "product" carbon tax cost,the unit "product" production cost and the unit product sales cost are transmitted to consumers through retail price;the improvement of emission reduction efficiency of supplier and manufacturer and the reduction of consumer price sensitivity are beneficial not only to the emission reduction of supplier and manufacturer,but also to the increase of total profits of supply chain;the supply chain members have the motivation to cooperate to reduce the production cost and sales cost of the unit product,which provides additional favorable conditions for the comprehensive cooperation of the supply chain to make centralized decision.
