摘 要:韩山师范学院贯彻落实中共中央、国务院《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,以创建国家教师教育创新实验区为契机,积极推进“新师范”建设,深入开展教师教育改革,聚焦在校师范生、在职中小学幼儿园教师、高师院校教师三类人的培养,推进教师教育职前职后一体化,构建注重协同育人、创新能力和实践能力的教师教育新模式,打造“高校—地方政府—中小学幼儿园—教师”四位一体的协同机制以及“教师工作室+粤东基础教育学科群+教师专业发展学校”点、线、面相结合的教师专业发展新模式,全方位、多层次、多渠道提升教师专业发展水平,取得了积极成效,摸索出一套强健师资的“韩师方案”,为广东实现教育均衡发展、加快全面实现教育现代化提供强有力的师资保障。Hanshan Normal University(HSNU)implements the“Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Training in the New Era”,takes the opportunity of establishing a national experimental zone for teacher educa⁃tion innovation,actively promotes the construction of the“New Normal University”,carries out in-depth reform of teacher education,and focuses on the cultivation of normal university students,in-service teachers in kindergartens,primary and secondary schools,and teachers in normal universi⁃ties.The University also promotes the integration of pre-service and post-service teacher education,builds a new model of teacher education focusing on collaborative education,innovative ability and practical ability,creates a four-in-one UGST supporting system and a new model of teacher profes⁃sional development combining“teacher workshops+subject groups of basic education in eastern Guang⁃dong+teacher professional development school”to promote teachers’professional development in an all-round,multi-level and multi-channel way.All of these efforts have achieved positive results and have developed a set of“HSNU Program”for the improvement of teachers,which provides a strong guarantee for Guangdong to realize the balanced development of education and accelerate the realiza⁃tion of educational modernization in an all-round way.
