摘 要:考虑了摩擦非线性,以接触面积内节点合力与螺栓预紧载荷相等为依据,通过数值模拟确定了螺栓连接有效接触区域范围,提出了被连接件的有效接触区域固连的动力学建模方法。多种边界条件和连接形式的固有频率试验值和仿真值能够很好吻合,各阶模态频率偏差均在5%以内。进一步分析了不同摩擦系数对模态分析结果的影响,研究结果证明了基于有效接触面的螺栓连接动力学有限元建模方法的有效性,且该方法能较好地应用于工程设计阶段结构的有限元仿真。Based on the equivalence between resultant force of contact area and the pretension load of bolt,the range of effective contact area could be obtained by numerical simulation in which friction nonlinearity is considered,and the dynamic finite element modeling method based on the fixed connection of effective contact area is established.The modal test of different boundary conditions and connection types indicated that results of numerical simulation and experiment matched well.Effect of different friction coefficients is taken into account furthermore.This research indicates the effectiveness of proposed dynamic finite element modeling method of bolt joint,and it could be applied in the finite element simulation for engineering structures in the design stage.
