摘  要:研究设计一种用于人造板表面贴面装饰或胶合板热压成型的等压气浮动低压短周期连续热压机,从理论上设计计算了等压气浮动低压短周期连续热压机钢带的张紧力、摩擦力、钢带受热和张紧条件下的延展率、钢带与热压板之间气垫的压缩空气耗量等参数,并通过有限元热构耦合作用模型计算了钢带工作过程中的力学性能。结果表明:等压气浮动低压短周期连续热压机设计方案具备实际可行性。In this paper,a short cycle and continuous hot press with isobaric and floating pressure of pneumatic was designed for veneer decoration of wood-based panels or hot pressing of plywood.The force of tension,friction,extensibility of steel belt under heating and tension,and the compressed air consumption of sealed chamber between the steel belt and hot pressed plate,etc.were designed and calculated theoretically.Moreover,the mechanical properties of steel belt during the working process were calculated by the finite element thermal structure coupling model.The result demonstrated that the design of short cycle and continuous hot press with isobaric and floating pressure of pneumatic was feasible.
