摘  要:纵观我国体育教育的现状,在灌注教育理论的影响下,过去的学校运动队训练当中,队员的身心发展、实践创新思想的培养都存在着不同程度的停滞。因此,在培育新时期优秀人才的客观要求下,我国体育运动训练教育理念也需要顺应时代变化。在此基础上发展起来的交往教学理论对促进师生互动和教学具有积极促进作用,表现了以人为本的教育理念。它在体育教育的组织形式、教育方法和点评反馈方面都有着全方位的体现,应该成为我国运动训练改革的方向之一。该文对交往教学理论在运动训练发展中的应用进行了深入研究。A general survey of the current situation of physical education in China shows that under the influence of the infusion education theory,in the past school teaching,students’physical and mental development,the training and practice of innovative ideas have stagnated to varying degrees.Therefore,under the objective requirement of cultivating outstanding talents in the new era,the concept of physical education in China also needs to conform to the changes of the times.The theory of communication education developed on this basis has a positive role in promoting teacher-student interaction and curriculum teaching,which shows the people-oriented educational concept.It is embodied in the organizational form,educational methods and comments and feedback of physical education,and should be one of the directions of China’s physical education reform.This paper makes an in-depth study of the application of communicative education theory in the development of physical education.
