摘  要:对体育教师发展教学学术的研究既是体育教师教学专业发展的基本要求,也是学校体育教学中心地位复归的内在需要,倡导体育教师崇尚教学学术已然成为提升学校体育教育质量的必要举措。该文立足于教学学术理论视角,从知识、交流、反思、观念4个维度揭示当下体育教师教学学术水平的现状,并在此基础上提出提升体育教师教学学术水平的对策与建议。The research on the development of physical education teachers’teaching academic is not only the basic requirement of physical education teachers’teaching professional development,but also the internal need of the restoration of the central status of physical education teaching in schools.Advocating physical education teachers’advocating teaching academic has become a necessary measure to improve the quality of physical education education in schools.Based on the perspective of teaching academic theory,this study reveals the current situation of physical education teachers’teaching academic level from the four dimensions of knowledge,communication,reflection and concept,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving physical education teachers’teaching academic level on this basis.
