摘  要:农村学生由于家庭教育资源的限制以及农村师资力量的薄弱,导致其疫情防控期间居家上学的成效更具挑战性。为了帮助农村学生居家上学,在不改变农村师资力量与教师教学习惯的情况下,研究了用社会反馈来改善疫情防控期间农村学生的学习成绩。通过对浙江某乡镇小学五年级的两个班级的实验研究表明:(1)社会反馈对居家上学的学生成绩有明显的促进作用;(2)社会反馈对学习动机无整体增强作用,但能明显增强学习责任感;(3)反馈对低成就组的学生具有更好的学业促进效果。这将为后疫情时代农村教师开展线上教学提供技术参考,也有利于提高后疫情时代线上教学的质量。It is more challenging for rural students to learn at home during the epidemic period because of the limitation of family educational resources and the weakness of teachers in the rural areas.In order to help rural students learn at home,this paper studied how to use social feedback to improve the learning of rural students during the epidemic prevention and control period without changing the rural teachers and their teaching habits.Through an experimental study in two classes of Grade 5 in a township primary school in Zhejiang Province,it is found that:(1)social feedback had a significant effect on the achievement of homeschoolers;(2)social feedback had no effect on the overall enhancement of learning motivation,but could significantly enhance learning responsibility;(3)feedback had better academic promotion effect for students in the lower-achieving group.This will provide technical reference for rural teachers to carry out online teaching in the post-epidemic era,and also help to improve the quality of online teaching in the post-epidemic era.
