摘 要:文章首先对连续可变气门升程(CVVL)机构降低油耗的原理进行深入阐述;其次对某1.6L自然吸气汽油机增加进气CVVL机构的模拟开发过程进行了详细介绍,获得了适合该款发动机的可变气门升程曲线的核心参数;最后对应用该款进气CVVL机构的发动机进行了台架性能验证试验。结果表明,该进气CVVL机构能够在基本满足动力性能的前提下全面改善发动机的油耗水平,初步达到了预期的效果。Firstly,the principle of reducing fuel consumption of CVVL has been introduced in detail.Secondly,Simulation development process of CVVL mechanism that used in a 1.6L NA engine with a Motor has been introduced as well.And through the simulation,the core parameters of CVVL have been obtained.Finally the performance of the engine which used the CVVL mechanism has been tested on the bench.The results show that the fuel consumption rate of the engine has been improved very well and the dynamic performance of the engine keeps good,which achieved the expected effect of the improvement.
