摘　　要：“十四五”时期是全面建成小康社会实现第一个百年目标向第二个百年目标飞跃的重要时期,也是开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的重要起点。在新的历史时期,党的十九届五中全会提出了建设高质量教育体系的新任务。为此,本届年会以“新时期高等继续教育高质量发展”为题,聚焦于高质量发展这一时代主题,展望新时期高等继续教育发展新征程,从理论到实践深入探讨了新时期高等继续教育高质量发展的新动向、新思路、新实践与新期待,以期为新时期高等继续教育实现高质量发展贡献力量。The period of"14th Five-Year Plan"is an important period of building a well-off society in an all-round way to achieve the first hundred-year goal and leap towards the second hundred-year goal,and also an important starting point for the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.In the new historical period,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward a new task of building a high-quality education system.Therefore,the annual meeting,with the theme of"high-quality development of higher continuing education in the new era",focuses on the theme of high-quality development,looks forward to the new course of higher continuing education development in the new era,and discusses in depth the new trend,new ideas,new practices and new expectations of the high-quality development of higher continuing education in the new era,with a view to contributing to the high-quality development of higher continuing education in the new era.
