党建引领下的地方本科院校产教融合育人路径研究

摘　　要：为更好推进产教融合,地方本科院校必须坚持立德树人根本任务,以高质量党建推动学校高质量发展。地方本科院校在推进产教融合中还存在融合深度不够、教师服务地方能力不足、学生服务社会参与度不够的问题,要牢牢把握党对高校的全面领导,构建产教融合育人平台,打造校企合作服务团队,拓宽学生社会服务渠道,为地方经济社会发展培养更多应用型人才。In order to better promote the integration of education and industry,local universities must adhere to the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity,and promote the development of universities with high-quality party building.In promoting the integration of industry and education,there are still some problems,such as insufficient depth of integration,insufficient ability of teachers to serve the local area and insufficient participation of students to serve the society.It is necessary to follow the party’s overall leadership in universities,build a platform for the integration of industry and education,build university-enterprise cooperative service teams,broaden students’social service channels,and cultivate more application-oriented talents for local economic and social development.
