摘  要:目的:探讨基于SPOC线上线下混合教学模式对护生人文关怀能力的影响。方法:研究选取广西中医药大学赛恩斯新医药学院在校护理学专业学生2019级2个自然班223人为研究对象,随机分为对照班和实验班。对照班按常规传统的课堂教学,实验班开展SPOC线上线下混合教学模式,同时科学设置"第二课堂"及思政教育的融入进行研究,培训一个学期后采用人文关怀能力量表(CAI)及教学模式效果问卷评价效果。结果:干预前两组护生人文素质和沟通能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组护生人文素质和沟通能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要表现在3个关怀因素:认识(knowing,含14个条目)、勇气(courage,含13个条目)和耐心(patience,含10个条目),最终量表为37个条目,3个维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于SPOC线上线下混合教学模式能有效提高护生护理人文关怀能力和沟通能力。Objective:To explore the influence of SPOC based mixed Online and offline teaching mode on the humanistic care ability of nursing students.Method:In this study,223 students from 2 natural classes of nursing major of grade 2019 in Sains New Medical College of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control class and experimental class.The control class was taught according to the conventional traditional classroom teaching,and the experimental class carried out the SPOC online and offline mixed teaching mode.At the same time,the scientific setting of"second classroom"and the integration of Ideological and political education were studied.After one semester of training,the humanistic care ability scale(CAI)and the teaching mode effect questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect.Resuit:There was no significant difference in humanistic quality and communication ability between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in humanistic quality and communication ability between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.05),which was mainly manifested in three caring factors:knowledge(14 items),courage(13 items)and patience(10 items).The final scale was 37,the 3 dimensions differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Online and offline mixed teaching based on SPOC can effectively improve the humanistic care ability and communication ability of nursing students.
