我国医疗保险付费方式制度研究——基于2010年以来CNKI中的文献计量分析

摘　　要：通过对CNKI上关于医疗保险付费方式的文献进行CiteSpace关键词可视化分析,掌握了解我国目前付费制度的研究热点和研究方向。研究表明我国目前在实行总额预付制的付费方式之外还进行了按病种和DRG等探索,通过不断总结改进,我国医疗保险付费方式不断多样化。Based on the CiteSpace keyword visualization analysis of the literatures on CNKI on medical insurance payment methods,we can master the research hotspots and research directions of payment system in China.The research showed that in addition to the total prepayment payment method,China has also carried out exploration according to disease type and DRG.Through continuous summary and improvement,China's medical insurance payment methods are constantly diversified.
