新形势下成人教育传统管理困境及改革路向

摘　　要：高校成人教育作为人们提升学历的重要途径,曾受到广泛认可。新形势下,高校成人教育出现了生源数量缩减、地位弱化的现象,传统管理模式是导致这些现象的重要原因之一。传统管理模式带来的育人质量降低、阻碍教育制度推行、监管漏洞增多、档案管理滞后的问题不容忽视,高校成人教育管理模式亟需改革。采取"管办分离"的管理体制、改革招生和教学制度、借鉴企业管理方式、健全完善档案管理等方法,可以有效解决高校成人教育困境,推动高校成人教育的向好持续发展。Adult education in colleges and universities has been widely recognized as an important way for people to improve their academic qualifications.Under the new situation,the number of students in adult education in colleges and universities has been reduced and the status has been weakened.The problems brought by the traditional management mode of education quality reduction,hindering the implementation of the education system,increasing the loopholes in supervision,and lagging behind in file management can not be ignored,and the management mode of adult education in colleges and universities needs to be reformed urgently.Adopting the management system of"separation of management and office",reforming the enrollment and teaching system,drawing lessons from the management methods of enterprises and perfecting the archives management can effectively solve the dilemma of adult education in colleges and universities and promote the sustainable development of adult education in colleges and universities.
