摘 要:本研究采用顶空固相微萃取技术结合气质联用分析技术,优化样品吸附条件和比较六月霜不同部位及贮藏年份间挥发性成分的组成和差异。结果表明:顶空固相微萃取处理的最佳条件为:样品用量1.2 g、水浴温度70℃及吸附时间60 min。通过GC-MS分析,从六月霜中共鉴定了45种挥发性物质,其中花45种、茎40种,二者共有的为40种。六月霜的挥发性成分主要以萜类成分为主,其中六月霜花中主要以石竹烯氧化物、桉叶油醇和乙酸龙脑脂为主,而茎中以β-金合欢烯、环氧化蛇麻烯Ⅱ和石竹烯氧化物为主且含量低。随着贮藏年份的增加,大多数的萜类化合物含量逐渐降低,而具有特殊香味的乙酸龙脑脂、(-)-α-侧柏酮、(-)-宁酮及α-香附酮含量却逐年增加。通过主成分分析,不同贮藏年份的茎的挥发性成分类似,而花的成分与茎略有不同,并且不同贮藏年份间挥发性成分差异较大。本研究为六月霜及其资源的开发利用提供了理论参考。In this study, HS-SPME/GC-MS was used to optimize the adsorption conditions of samples and compare the composition and differences of volatile components in different parts and storage years of Artemisia anomala.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of SPME were 1.2 g of sample weight, 70 ℃ of heating temperature, 60 min of adsorption. According to GC-MS analysis, 45 volatile compounds were identified from A.anomala, and flowers contained 45 components, and stems contained 40, and there were 40 common components among them. The main volatile components of A. anomala are terpenoids. The main compounds of flowers were(-)-caryophyllene oxide, cineole and(+)-borneol acetate. The compounds of β-farnesene, humulene epoxide ii and(-)-caryophyllene oxide from stems were the main components with low content. With the increase of storage years, the content of most terpenoids decreased, while the contents of(+)-borneol acetate,(-)-α-thujone,(+)-β-thujone and α-cyperone with special flavor increased year by year. Through principal component analysis, the volatile components of stems in different storage years were similar, but the components of flowers were slightly different with steam, and the volatile components were significantly different between different storage years. This study provides a theoretical reference for the development of A. anomala and its resources.
