摘　　要：2020年9月24日《出版专业技术人员继续教育规定》印发,标志着出版专业技术人员继续教育的管理与实施进一步迈上规范化、法制化的新台阶。回顾出版专业技术人员继续教育政策的历史演进,发现其有一条日趋规范、严格、专业化、开放化的发展脉络。为促使出版专业技术人员继续教育政策规定落地生根并扬长避短,应该进一步提高认识,促进继续教育落实到位;加强服务体系建设,保障继续教育稳步发展;强化专业化发展,构建分层分类的继续教育体系;继续探索形式创新,推进继续教育学习认证方式变革。The issue of The Provisions of Continuing Education for Publishing Professional and Technical Staff on September 24, 2020 marks a new step of standardization and legalization for the continuing education practice of the publishing professional and technical staff. There has been an increasingly standard, strict, professional and open development process in the historical evolution of the related continuing education policy. For the future sound development, there is a great need for awareness-raising and the establishment of the service system to ensure the implementation and the steady development of continuing education. What’s more, specialization development should be strengthened for the construction of the stratified system of continuing education;And the innovative forms are greatly encouraged to promote the reform of learning certification in continuing education.
