摘　　要：培养具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才是高职院校的育人目标,也是我国走向制造强国的关键所在。指出当前高职院校在物流实训基地工匠精神建设中,存在专业技能与职业素养不匹配、人才培养目标与工匠精神培育不紧密、校园文化与企业文化脱离等问题,从教师队伍、实训场所、课程建设、校企合作等方面厚植工匠文化,有计划地创建、培育或改造物流实训基地建设,从而为学生工匠精神培育提供适合的环境和土壤。In this paper,we pointed out that many problems still existed in the current craftsman spirit cultivation by the logistics training bases of higher vocational colleges,such as the misalignment of occupational skills and professional quality,the loose fit between talent training goals and craftsman spirit cultivation,and the disengagement of campus culture and corporate culture.Then,we proposed to,from the aspects of teaching faculty,training space,curriculum construction,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.,plan,build or transform the logistics training bases,so as to cultivate the craftsmanship culture and provide the suitable environment and atmosphere for the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the students.
