摘  要:政产学研用协同创新模型的研究是提升新时代高职人才培养质量的主要途径。结合区域发展特色,从政产学研用各主体实施要求、存在的问题等方面着手,分析了各主体协同创新需求,提出新时代高职院校政产学研用协同创新定位策略。面向人才培养和师资队伍调整,通过构建"看、夯、挖、查、定、创"六维一体的协同创新理念,应用"对标查问题、需求定方向、发展看定位"的协同创新方法,搭建"基于行政管理链和人才输出链"的协同创新模型。The research on the collaborative innovation mode of government-industry-academy-research-user is the main way to improve the quality of skilled personnel training for higher vocational education in the new era. Combined with the characteristics of regional development, starting from the implementation requirements of each subject in government-industry-academy-research-user and problems in the collaborative process, the collaborative innovation needs of each subject are analyzed, and the positioning strategy of collaborative innovation of government-industry-academy-research-user in higher vocational colleges in the new era is put forward. Facing the adjustment of personnel training and teacher structure, a collaborative innovation concept of "looking, tamping, digging, checking, determining and creating" is built, and the collaborative innovation mode which based on administrative management and talent output chain is established by applying the collaborative innovation method of "checking problems against standards, determining directions against requirements, and determining positioning against development".
