摘　　要：教学团队建设是实现地方本科院校应用型人才培养目标的重要保障。不过少有研究关注地方本科院校教学团队建设问题,不能为其提供有益的理论指导。文章从内部要素、建设障碍、建设策略、知识转移4个方面对国内高校教学团队建设的研究现状进行简要述评,指出教学团队建设的重点难点以及存在的问题,,在此基础上给出地方本科院校教学团队建设未来研究的方向。The construction of teaching team is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents in local universities. However, few studies have paid attention to teaching team construction in local undergraduate universities, which can’t provide them with useful theoretical guidance. This paper briefly reviews the research of teaching team construction in domestic universities from four aspects: internal elements, construction obstacles, building strategies and knowledge transfer, points out the difficult and existing problems of teaching team construction, and gives the future research direction of teaching team building in local undergraduate universities.
