摘 要:目的了解医教协同背景下医学专业学位研究生培养质量及影响因素,为相关管理部门提供参考。方法采用整群抽样随机于2019年7—8月选择江苏省内16家三甲医院,对“医教协同”并轨后医学专业学位硕士研究生533名进行问卷调查并对结果进行统计分析。结果培训效果的自评分平均数为2.63,介于有一点提升与有较大提升之间,培养模式的认可程度(P<0.05)、临床轮转、学校及基地管理、轮转出科考核、实践技能操作课程的安排是否合理(P<0.05)、是否参与科研项目(P<0.05)、与导师交流的时间、频率及满意度(P<0.05)对于培养质量的影响差异有统计学意义。结论医教协同背景下江苏医学专业学位研究生培养质量较好,但在科室的轮转管理、出科考核、培训的内容和方式、导师和带教制度、学生的临床科研以及培训效果的一致化和标准化等方面仍可进一步提高。Objective To understand the training quality of medical graduates in the context of medical and educational cooperation and its influencing factors,and to provide a reference for relevant management departments.Methods A total of 163A hospitals in Jiangsu Province from July to August 2019 were selected with the cluster random sampling,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among medical 533 graduates following the combination of"medical and educational cooperation",and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The average selfscore of training effect was 2.63,which lied between a little improvement and a great improvement.The recognition degree of training mode(P<0.05),the clinical rotation,the school and base management,the departmental rotation examination,the rationality of the arrangement of practical skills operation courses(P<0.05),whether to participate in scientific research projects(P<0.05),and the time,frequency and satisfaction of communication with tutors(P<0.05)had statistical significance for the training quality.Conclusion In the context of medical and educational cooperation,the training quality of medical graduates is good in Jiangsu province,but it can be further improved in the rotation management of departments,the departmental rotation examination,the content and method of training,the tutor and teaching system,the clinical research of students,a nd the consistency and standardization of training effects.
