摘 要:针对温室大棚、果园、茶园等复杂作业环境及绿色环保作业要求,在完成了基于轮毂电机驱动的电动拖拉机三维设计及样机研制的基础上,进行了整车性能试验及ADVISOR2002仿真。在建立电动拖拉机驱动系统仿真模型的基础上,对软件上自带的前驱特性功能模块进行了二次开发,完成了基于轮毂电机驱动的电动拖拉机后驱特性的性能仿真,得出电动拖拉机0~40km/h的加速时间为6.5s,1.5m/s速度时最大爬坡度为17.8°,在CYC10506PRIUS工况下的总里程为69.9km。对电动拖拉机进行爬坡和牵引试验,得出电动拖拉机以1.5m/s的速度在水平路面行驶时最大牵引力为700N,以1.5m/s的速度坡面行驶时最大爬坡度为11°。在完成仿真分析与试验结果对比分析的基础上,给出了电动拖拉机结构及性能优化设计的建议。According to the complex working environment of greenhouse,orchard,tea garden and the requirements of green environmental protection,this paper completed the three-dimensional design and prototype development of electric tractor based on hub motor drive,and the whole vehicle performance test and ADVISOR2002 s imulation are carried out.Based on the simulation model of the driving system of the electric tractor,the function module of the front drive characteristics of the software is redeveloped,and the performance simulation of the rear drive characteristics of the hub motor drive electric tractor is completed.It is concluded that the acceleration time of the electric tractor form 0 to 40 km/h is 6.5 s,and the maximum climbing slope is 17.8°at 1.5 m/s,the total mileage under CYC10506 PRIUS is 69.9 km.Based on the experiment of climbing and traction of electric tractor,it is concluded that the maximum traction force of electric tractor is 700 N when it is running on the horizontal road at the speed of 1.5 m/s,and the maximum climbing slope is 11°when it is running on the slope at the speed of 1.5 m/s.On the basis of the comparison between the simulation analysis and the test results,the suggestions for the optimal design of the structure and performance of electric tractor are given.
