摘 要:以某拖拉机静液压传动系统为研究对象,利用功率键合图理论建立了拖拉机静液压传动系统的键合图模型;根据各键合图元的特性方程及基本关系推导得出该系统的状态方程,利用SIMULINK仿真软件对建立的数学模型进行了拖拉机静液压传动系统的动态特性和整车性能的仿真分析。仿真结果表明:犁耕工况下,为获得足够的动力性能及较好的燃油经济性,发动机油门开度应控制在0.8以上;耕深一定时,保证拖拉机正常作业的前提下,油门开度越小,燃油消耗率随着土壤比阻变化时的波动越小,经济性能越好。本仿真分析可为后期进行拖拉机发动机和HST及电控液压悬挂系统的匹配控制研究提供理论基础。The hydrostatic transmission of tractor is studied in this paper. According to the characteristic equations and the basic relationship of bond graph elements, the state equations of the system are derived. MATLAB/SIMULINK software is used to simulate the bond model. The dynamic characteristics of the tractor hydrostatic transmission system and overall vehicle performance are simulated. The simulation results show that under ploughing condition, in order to obtain sufficient dynamic performance and better fuel economy, the throttle opening of the engine should be controlled above 0.8;Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of the tractor with constant tillage depth, the smaller the throttle opening, the smaller the fluctuation of fuel consumption rate with the change of soil resistance, and the better the economic performance. The study can provide a theoretical basis for the matching and control research of the engine, HST and electron-hydraulic hitch system.
