摘 要:数字化优质教学资源共建共享激励有利于增强教学资源建设者共建共享的意识,提升数字化优质教学资源的质量。然而,当前数字化优质教学资源共建共享激励存在不受重视、缺乏制度保障、相关政策难以落实等状况。基于此,笔者重点探讨了数字化优质教学资源共建共享激励的现状及措施,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。Digital high-quality teaching resources co-construction and sharing incentives are conducive to enhancing the awareness of co-construction and sharing of teaching resource builders and improving the quality of digital high-quality teaching resources. However, the current digital high-quality teaching resources co-construction and sharing incentives are not taken seriously, lack of institutional guarantees, and relevant policies are difficult to implement. Based on this, the author focuses on the current situation and measures of co-construction and sharing incentives for digital high-quality teaching resources, hoping to provide a reference for related research.
