摘 要:目的:调查分析江西省大学生手机依赖的现状及特点,探讨手机依赖的教育对策。方法:采用《大学生手机依赖倾向问卷》、《手机使用动机问卷》对江西省3所高校302名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生手机依赖程度中等偏高,不同性别、年级、专业大学生的手机依赖差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手机依赖程度和每天手机使用时间具有中等相关。结论:高校应针对大学生的手机依赖开展针对性引导和教育:开展心理健康教育,关注大学生内在需求;加强手机使用动机引导,提高学生自我管理能力;根据不同的手机使用动机,进行针对性团体干预;强化智能手机在学习应用中的渠道。Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation and characteristics of mobile phone dependence of college students in Jiangxi province,and to explore the educational countermeasures of mobile phone dependence.Methods:Three hundred and two college students in three universities in Jiangxi province were investigated with the mo⁃bile phone dependence tendency questionnaire and mobile phone use motivation questionnaire.Results:The mobile phone dependence of college students was medium high,and there were significant differences among genders,grades and majors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Universities should carry out targeted guidance and education for college students'mobile phone dependence:carry out mental health education,pay attention to the internal needs of college students;strengthen the guidance of mobile phone use motivation,improve students'self-management ability;carry out targeted group intervention according to different mobile phone use motivation;strengthen the channel of smart phone in the appli⁃cation of learning.
