摘 要:为探究“金花”散茶中可溶性碳水化合物的准确分析方法,本试验对比了不同蒽酮反应体系及常规水浴浸提(A)、超声波辅助浸提(B)、索氏水浴回流浸提(C)三种浸提方法对不同原料的浸提效果。结果发现,0.33%的蒽酮硫酸反应体系、5~10倍的茶汤稀释倍数有助于获得良好测定结果;A浸提率较低,但可实现茶多酚、水浸出物等常规组分一体化浸提测定;B可实现对大批量样品中可溶性碳水化合物的充分浸提;C浸提率最高,但耗时耗能、批量处理样品量少。三种浸提方法,需根据样品特性区别选择,以获得相对准确的测定结果。In order to explore the accurate analysis method of soluble carbohydrates in"Jinhua"loose tea,the extraction effects of different anthrone-sulfuric acid reaction systems and conventional water bath extraction(A),ultrasonic assisted extraction(B)and Soxhlet water bath reflux extraction(C)on different raw materials were compared in this experiment.The results showed that 0.33%anthrone-sulfuric acid reaction system and 5-10 times dilution of tea soup were helpful to obtain good results;The extraction rate of A method was low,but it can achieve the integrated extraction and determination of tea polyphenols,water extracts and other conventional chemical components;B method can achieve the full extraction of soluble carbohydrates in large number of samples;The extraction rate of C method was the highest,but time-consuming,energy-consuming and a small amount of samples processed in batch.The three extraction methods should be selected differently according to sample characteristics to obtain relatively accurate detection results.
