摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,色谱分析理论教学中存在的问题越来越明显,因此对传统教学方法进行改革迫在眉睫。线上线下相结合的混合式教学法是一种全新的教学模式,以色谱分析理论教学为例,对传统教学模式进行变革。通过增加线上学习的比例,引导学生自主学习以及改变理论课程考核方式等多种方式,实现对课程改革的探索。With the continuous development of information technology,there are more and more obvious problems in the teaching of chromatographic analysis theory,and it is urgent to change the traditional teaching methods.The online and offline hybrid teaching method is a brand-new teaching mode.Taking the teaching of chromatography theory as an example,it reforms the traditional teaching mode.By increasing the proportion of online learning,guiding students to learn independently,and changing the assessment methods of theoretical courses,the exploration of curriculum reforms is realized,and it aims to provide a reference for the teaching reform of chromatography analysis theory.
