浅谈新时代检验医师教育与培养的实践探索

摘　　要：目前我国检验医师教育和培养正处于摸着石头过河的阶段,存在检验医师人员缺口较大、岗位分工不明确、住院医师规范化培训不够规范、缺乏切实有效地提升临床沟通能力的方法等问题,需要从合理选择合适的检验项目、标本的采集运输以及影响因素的分析、结果的正确解读、出具诊断性报告、通过临床沟通解决临床实际问题与需求等措施着手,培养合格的检验医师,提高检验医师的医疗水平并服务于临床。At this stage,the education and training of laboratory physicians in our country is at the stage of crossing the river by touching the stones.There are many problems such as a severe shortage of laboratory personnel,unclear job division,insufficient standardized training of residents,and lack of effective methods to improve clinical communication skills.It is necessary to solve clinical practical problems and needs starting from clinical practice such as rational selection of suitable test items,specimen collection and transportation,analysis of influencing factors,correct interpretation of results,issuance of diagnostic reports,clinical communication,etc.,in order to train qualified laboratory physicians,improve the level of medical care,and serve the clinical and patients.
