摘　　要：学位点合格评估是促进各院校不断完善内部质量保障体系,提高研究生培养质量的有效手段。文章根据整理汇总护理硕士学位点合格评估报告中“人才培养”这一指标存在的共性问题,从教学管理者的角度对培养环节进行拆段式摸排整改,以期提高护理硕士的培养质量,为培养扎根临床的专科型、应用型高层次护理人才献策献力。The qualification assessment is an effective method for the improvement of quality assurance system postgraduate education.By analyzing the common problems in“talent training”collected from evaluation reports of Master of Nursing Degree Authorization,the current situation of talent training will be readjusted by sectioning method so as to improve the quality of nursing postgraduate education,and contribute to the cultivation of clinical nursing specialty and application-oriented senior talents.
