摘 要:2020年3月,中共中央国务院发布《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》指出劳动教育要纳入人才培养全过程,体现时代特征。高职劳动教育作为劳动教育的一部分,也被赋予了新的时代内涵和价值意蕴。首先,新时代强调了高职劳动教育的自主性和多样性,激发了高职劳动教育主体的活力;其次,高职劳动教育需要与爱岗敬业、劳模精神、工匠精神教育等辩证统一,拓宽劳动教育的内涵;最后,在当今经济科技发展背景下,高职劳动教育面临机遇与挑战,明晰高职劳动教育培养什么样的劳动者,回归高职劳动教育的价值意蕴,以便更好推动高职劳动教育实践。In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued"Opinions on all-round Strengthening Labor Education in Primary、secondary and higher education in the New era",which pointed out that labor education should be brought into the whole process of talent training and reflect the characteristics of the times.As a part of labor education,higher vocational labor education has also been endowed with new times connotation and value implication.First of all,the new era emphasizes the autonomy and diversity of higher vocational labor education,and stimulates the vitality of the main body of higher vocational labor education;Secondly,higher vocational labor education needs dialectical unity with love and dedication,labor model spirit,craftsman spirit education,and broaden the connotation of labor education;Finally,under the background of the development of economic science and technology,higher vocational labor education faces opportunities and challenges,clarifies what kind of workers should be trained in higher vocational labor education,and returns to the value implication of higher vocational labor education in order to better promote the practice of higher vocational labor education.
