摘　　要：技能是职业教育的生命线,随着旅游产业结构调整和升级的不断加快,旅游业对高层次技术、技能型人才的需求越来越迫切。实践教学是培养高层次技术、技能型人才的必由之路,但现阶段,旅游高等职业教育实践教学还存在诸多问题。为此,构建一套科学、合理、能真正落地的实践教学体系,是实现旅游高等职业教育人才培养目标的关键所在。Skills are the lifeline of vocational education.With the continuous acceleration of the adjustment and upgrading of the tourism industry,the tourism industry has an increasingly urgent demand for high-level technical and skilled talents.Practical teaching is the only way to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents.However,at this stage,there are still many problems in the practical teaching of tourism higher vocational education.For this reason,building a scientific,reasonable,and practical teaching system that can be truly implemented is the key to achieving the goal of training talents for higher vocational education in tourism.
