摘　　要：文章从经管专业群专任教师双师教师胜任力特征要素入手,根据各要素层级构建出适合高职经管专业群专任教师双师胜任力培训和提升的有效路径模型,从通识素质层、专业基础层、技能展示层三个层次,分五个阶段,二十九个维度构建胜任力金字塔模型。this article tried to build a model of the Bi-qualified economics and management professional Teachers from the Bi-qualified characteristic elements in higher vocational college.To build the the effective path of models includes three layers such as the general qualities layer,the professional skills layer,and the display layer;five stages;twenty-nine dimensions.
