体教融合视域下日本学校体育政策演变对我国青少年体质健康促进的启示

摘　　要：日本学校体育政策的不断完善对其本土学生体质健康的增强发挥了长期有效的指导性作用。通过梳理和总结日本学校体育政策的发展演变及对青少年体质健康的影响,提出其对体教融合视域下我国青少年体质健康促进的启示。1)积极制定和调整学校体育政策法规为促进青少年体质健康提供政策保障;2)注重幼儿体育发展为促进青少年体质健康奠定基础以实现体教融合群体的广泛性和学段的覆盖性;3)帮助学生树立健康的饮食观念以提高学生健康饮食意识并提供营养膳食;4)完善全国学生体质体力活动调查、追踪、反馈和体测健康档案。目的为贯彻《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》中关于加强学校体育工作的具体措施内容提供操作层面的路径,进而为实施青少年体质健康促进政策提供借鉴和参考。The continuous improvement of Japanese school sports policy has played a long and effective guiding role in the enhancement of the physical health of its native students.This paper summarizes the research about the development of Japanese school sports policy and the influences on promoting adolescents’physical health,and puts forward inspirations to promote adolescents’physical health in the perspective of the integration of sports and education in China.1)To actively formulate and adjust school sports policies and regulations to provide policy guarantee for promoting the physical health of adolescents;2)To pay attention to the development of children’s sports to lay the foundation for promoting the physical health of adolescents,so as to realize the universality of the integration of sports and education and the coverage of the learning period;3)To help students to establish healthy diet concept to improve their healthy diet awareness and provide nutritional diet;4)To improve the investigation,tracking and feedback of students’physical activity in China and establish students’physical health records.The purpose of this paper is to provide an operational path for the implementation of the specific measures on strengthening school physical education in the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents,and then to provide reference for the implementation of physical health promotion policy of adolescents.
