摘  要:目的探讨基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合以团队为中心TBL(Team-based learning)教学方法在中西医结合泌尿外科护理教学中的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月100名中西医结合泌尿外科护生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组50名。对照组采用传统护理教学方法,实验组采用PBL联合TBL教学方法。比较2组的实践操作成绩、理论成绩及教学总满意度。结果实验组护生的实践操作、理论成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组护生对教学总满意度为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合TBL教学法在中西医结合泌尿外科护理教学中,可明显提高护生的实践操作成绩和临床理论,提高学生对护理教学的总满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in urology nursing teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 urologists with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing teaching method while the experimental group used PBL combined with TBL nursing teaching method.The theoretical results,practical operation results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The practice and theoretical scores of the nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the nursing students in the experimental group was 98.00%(49/50),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with TBL teaching method in urology nursing teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical theory and practice performance of nursing students,improve students’satisfaction with nursing teaching,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
