摘 要:针对当前中医骨伤学教学在课程学时、学生对本专业的学习态度、课堂教学、课堂实训、临床实践等方面存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,正确引导学生的学习态度,合理分配学时,增加多媒体及案例教学方式,以问题为导向进行实地讲授,并从理论、实训及考核之间的关系对中医骨伤科学教学方法的实践进行有益探讨,为提高学生的实际动手能力、加强临床实践能力培养,为中医骨伤人才培养提供有益的思路。In view of the current problems of teaching school,existing in the course hours,students on professional attitude to learning,classroom teaching,classroom training,clinical practice and other aspects of the current teaching of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury,this paper puts forward the corresponding solution countermeasures,correctly guide the students’learning attitude,reasonable distribution,increase the multimedia and the mode of case teaching,field teaching problem oriented,and from theory,practice and evaluation of the relationship between beneficial to the practice of scientific teaching methods,in order to improve the students’practical ability,strengthen clinical practice ability,which provide some useful ideas for the treatment of talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury science.
