摘　　要：目的:调查无锡市血液净化中心护士职业韧性及社会支持的现状,探讨职业韧性的影响因素及其与社会支持之间的关系,为管理者制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法:选取无锡市21家血液净化中心230名护士,采用一般资料调查表、职业韧性量表及社会支持评定量表进行横断面调查。结果:血液净化中心护士职业韧性得分为(38.18±7.734)分,社会支持得分(40.13±7.062)分。血液净化中心护士职称、是否明确接触血液传播疾病患者与职业韧性呈现负相关(P<0.001),而是否值班及社会支持中的客观支持、主观支持水平与职业韧性呈现正相关(P<0.001),对职业韧性影响排序为主观支持>客观支持>是否值班。结论:无锡市血液净化护士职业韧性及社会支持均处于中等水平,护理管理者应对不同职业特征血液净化中心护士给予不同关注,且可从提高血液净化中心护士的社会支持水平出发,改善血液净化中心护士的职业韧性水平。Objective:To investigate situation of the occupational resilience and social support of blood purification nurses in Wuxi,and to explorethe influencing factors of occupational toughness and the relationship between occupational resilience and social support,so as to provide basis for targeted intervention measures of management system.Method:230 nurses from 21 blood purification centers in Wuxi were investigated by General information questionnaire,occupational resilience scale and social support scaleto conduct a cross-sectional survey.Result:The total score of occupational resilience was(38.18±7.734),and the total score of social support were(40.13±7.062).The occupational toughness of nurses in blood purification centers was negatively correlated with professional titleand whether exposure to patients with blood-borne diseases(P<0.001),and it was positively correlated with whether they are on duty,and the social objective support,subjective support levels(P<0.001).Main view of the ranking of the impact on professional competition:support>objective support>whether on duty.Conclusion:Occupational resilience and social support of blood purification nurses in Wuxi are at the medium level.Nursing managers should pay different attention to blood purification nurses with different occupational characteristics.In addition,they can improve the professional toughness level of blood purification nurses by improving the social support level.
