摘  要:目的分析不同学制的军医大学临床医学专业学员的岗位认知度,为军事医学教育发展及改革提供依据。方法2018年6月,采用整群抽样方法,以已构建的岗位素质评价体系为基础自编认知度问卷调查某军医大学所有在校学员,共发放1100份调查问卷,回收有效问卷935份,有效率为85.0%。比较某军医大学五年制和八年制临床医学专业学员对最重要的岗位素质的看法及对各项素质重要性的认识。结果在9个二级指标中,在校学员认为最重要的能力素质是临床医疗服务能力(57.0%),不同学制学员的看法比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.803,P=0.032),五年制临床学员选择临床医疗服务能力作为最重要素质的百分比(58.3%)高于八年制学员(46.5%),而八年制学员选择医患沟通能力、内在素质作为最重要素质的百分比(11.9%、13.9%)高于五年制(5.8%、8.5%)。在9项二级指标中,有4项指标比较差异有统计学意义,八年制学员更重视持续学习能力(4.80 vs.4.72),差异有统计学意义(t=2.807,P=0.005),而五年制学员更重视疾病预防与健康促进(4.62 vs.4.49)、团队合作能力(4.62 vs.4.49)和军政素质(4.26 vs.3.97),差异有统计学意义(t=1.990、2.215、2.555,P=0.047、0.027、0.011);有13项三级指标(共39项)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论军医大学临床医学专业学员总体岗位认知较为明晰,不同学制学员的岗位认知有所不同,要有针对性地开展临床医学学员岗位教育。Objective To analyze the position recognition of clinical medicine students with different educational systems in military medical universities,and provide basises for the development and reform of military medical education.Methods With self-made questionnaire based on the established position quality evaluation system,we surveyed all the students in a military medical university through cluster sampling in June 2018.1100 questionnaires were distributed,and 935 valid ones were collected with an effective rate of 85.0%.The views of 5-year and 8-year clinical medical students on the most important job qualities,and their awareness of the importance of each quality investigated were compared.Results Among the 9 secondary indicators,the whole students thought the most important was clinical medical service ability(57.0%),and there was statistical significant difference between the views of students with different educational system(χ^(2)=16.803,P=0.032),the percentage of 5-year students choosing clinical medical service ability(58.3%)was higher than that of 8-year students(46.5%),and that of 8-year students choosing doctor-patient communication skills and intrinsic quality(11.9%,13.9%)were higher than those of 5-year students(5.8%,8.5%).There was significant difference in 4 of the 9 secondary indicators,comparatively the 8-year students cared abou more continuous learning ability(4.80 vs.4.72),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.807,P=0.005),while 5-year students cared about more disease prevention and health promotion(4.62 vs.4.49)teamwork ability(4.62 vs.4.49)and military and political quality(4.26 vs.3.97),the difference was statistically significant(t=1.990,2.215,2.555,P=0.047,0.027,0.011).It showed statistically significant difference in 13 third indicators(totally 39 items).Conclusion The overall position cognition of the students majoring in clinical medicine in the military medical university is relatively clear.The position cognition of the students with different educational systems is differ
