摘 要:以石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定小麦面粉中铁、锰、铜的含量,确定了测定时仪器工作的最佳条件。实验结果表明:测铁时,原子吸收光谱仪的最佳工作条件是:分析波长248.3 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流8 mA,干燥温度100℃,灰化温度900℃,原子化温度2200℃;测锰时,原子吸收光谱仪的最佳工作条件是:分析波长279.5 nm,狭缝0.2 nm,灯电流5 mA,干燥温度100℃,灰化温度800℃,原子化温度1900℃;测铜时,原子吸收光谱仪的最佳工作条件是:分析波长324.7 nm,狭缝0.4 nm,灯电流3 mA,干燥温度100℃,灰化温度500℃,原子化温度1800℃。The content of iron,manganese and copper in wheat flour was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in this paper.We researched the instrument working conditions.The experiment showed that,when measuring the content of iron,the best working conditions were:analytical wavelength was 248.3 nm,slit was 0.2 nm,lamp current was 8 mA,drying temperature was 100℃,the ashing temperature was 900℃,atomization temperature was 2200℃.When mea⁃suring the content of measurement,the best working conditions were:analytical wavelength was 279.5 nm,slit was 0.2 nm,lamp current was 5 mA,drying temperature was 100℃,the ashing temperature was 800℃,atomization temperature was 1900℃.When measuring the content of copper,the best working conditions were:analytical wavelength was 324.7 nm,slit was 0.4 nm,lamp current was 3 mA,drying temperature was 100℃,the ashing temperature was 500℃,atomization tempera⁃ture was 1800℃.
