高校基层党组织组织力提升路径的实证研究——以广州市某高校为例

摘　　要：高校基层党组织作为贯彻落实党中央高等教育方针的“最后一公里”,担负着实现立德树人根本任务的重任。对广州市某高校基层党组织组织力的调查发现,该高校基层党组织组织力整体上比较强,表现为基层党组织很好地发挥了战斗堡垒作用,维护群众利益,深得群众信任;党员的先锋模范作用得到了较好发挥。调查还发现,少部分基层党组织的执行力不理想、个别基层党组织的领导力较弱、少数基层党组织的教育力作用发挥不充分、少部分基层党组织的文化力有待加强、个别基层党组织管理力作用未充分发挥和少部分基层党组织创新力有待提高等问题。进一步发挥党员干部和广大师生的主体性,创新基层党组织生活内容、形式和党员教育的方法、载体和环体,大力推进课程思政建设,是解决上述问题提升高校基层党组织组织力的有效路径。Primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities,as the basic units of implementing the policy for higher education of the CPC Central Committee,take responsibilities for achieving fundamental tasks of cultivating morality and educating people.According to the investigation of organizational capabilities of the Party's grassroots-level organizations in a college,it is found that organizational capabilities of primary-level Party organizations in the college is relatively strong as a whole such as the Party's grassroots-level organizations playing the role of a battle fortress,safeguarding the interests of the mass and winning the trust of the mass.But at the same time,some problems are also found in the investigation like the leadership of few primary-level Party organizations being weak and the educational function of a few Party's grassroots-level organizations not being fully exerted.Giving further play to subjectiveness of the party members,teachers and students,innovating ways and contents of activities of primary-level Party organizations and methods and carriers of educating party members and promoting the ideological and political education in curriculum are effective ways to solve the problems and improve organizational capabilities of primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities.
